A status conference with Judge Nielsen is scheduled for Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. at the federal courthouse.   Following the status conference, the Court will hear oral argument on attorney Tom Foulds' Motion to Dismiss the HEDR dose model.
